Must Have Baby Products {3-6 months}

Discover and Grow- Kick and Play Piano Gym– I loved this activity mat for multiple reasons.  As you can see in the photo, it’s perfect for babies when they are laying on their back to see the mirror and play with the toys.  But also, when Maddox got more active he would kick and kick that piano, he loved it!  Then when he started rollin over there was an option of adjusting the activity bar so when they are having tummy time they can play with those toys. And even better, when Maddox started sitting up, the piano pivots to a flat position so he could play the piano and watch the flowers light up.

Baby Einstein Activity Center– This was one of our absolute favorites once Maddox could stand up.  We found this on Amazon, as we did most of our products (because who doesn’t like two day shipping).  It came in, it was easy to assemble and M would sit in there while we would get ready or make dinner.  There are different settings that plays music and there are so many options for him to move around! 

Mama’s & Papa’s Baby Snug– I can not say enough about this product.  I know it’s just a “bumbo” but I love this brand!  I love that it has a removable tray!  As soon as M could fit, I would sit him in this to help strengthen his little core and neck muscles.  I loved using the tray table if I wanted to feed him while we were sitting outside or in the living room!

Sophie the Giraffe Teether– Maddox got his first teeth right at 6 months, so this was very necessary during those fussy times. 

Indestructibles– My friend Meryl told me about these books and I LOVE them! They are literally indestructible.  These books are water proof and tear proof so they’re perfect for playing, chewing and even bath time! 

Speedo Kids Begin to Swim Cruiser– This summer we spent so much time at the pool!  It was so fun to watch Maddox float around in this little tube.  It had a great removable canopy that was perfect for keeping him shaded.  It had very strong but soft fabric that fit his little body perfectly during our pool outings.

Playskool Busy Poppin’ Pals– If you are new to parenthood or new to being around infants or babies you need to get one of these toys.  This fun little pop activity is great for fine motor development and teaches baby cause and effect with these cute little characters and it’s cheap!!

Boon Fair Pedestal High Chair– I found this high chair before Maddox was born and I had to have it!  But the price was not very appealing.  Luckily we found it from a friend that was ready to get rid of hers so we bought it from her at a great price!  All I did was purchase a new seat cover and tray from Amazon.  I am soooo glad we did!  I love this high chair.  We have a taller kitchen table and this pedestal lifts and lowers to fit your needs.  It is so easy to clean and comfy for your little one.  I would sit him in the kitchen with some puffs or a spoon and make dinner, he would love sitting up higher and looking all around!  LOVE this chair!

Conair Sound Machine– When Maddox was born we learned very quickly that a sound machine was very necessary.  It comforts babies and helps them transition from the loud sounds inside the womb that they’re used to.  We were gifted a Sleep Sheep which we LOVED and used all the time.  But the setting only lasted as long as 40 minutes.  We liked to keep it on through the night to drown out other sounds (from the dogs or the doorbell, etc.) So we got this baby and I am in love!  We would put it full blast (well almost) on the rain sound and M would drift off and it would help him sleep longer and longer.  Even Zach and I got used to the sound and now we need it to sleep! 

Secure A Toy– These little straps are perfect for taking walks with your little one.  You can strap their toys to the bar, carseat or strap and you won’t have to worry about dropping toys during your walk!  We also love using these when he was able to sit up in a high chair, it was so nice not having to reach down every two seconds when he would drop toys on the dirty ground of a restaraunt!
