We had such a blast on our first family trip to Lake Tahoe with a great group of our closest friends! It was our first time traveling on an airplane with our little man and I must say, he did pretty good! If you want to read more about our experience traveling with a baby, click {here}. We could not have asked for a better trip! We stayed at the Bass family’s vacation house in beautiful Lake Tahoe, CA. The view, the weather and the company was absolutely perfect! 
I promise he had fun, even if his face says otherwise. 
We got our strollers and tennis shoes ready and took a trip to Emerald Bay. The babies did awesome on their first hike! 
Maddox loved hiking with Daddy! 
Then we enjoyed some time on the beach! 
Dinner at the famous Beacon Bar & Grill . Yum! 
We even enjoyed some baby time at the house! 
The Daddies had fun hiking and spending time with the babies! 
The girls had to run to the grocery store one day so the dads stayed back with the kiddos and here’s what we saw when we arrived. I kinda caught the tail end of it, but how cute?!!
Cutest thing ever! Last night in Tahoe…. my two favorite boys in their matching shirts! LOVE! 
Overall we had an amazing trip as a family of 3! Maddox did so great traveling and adjusting to the time change, but of course by the end of the travel day, we were ready to be home! 
We are thankful for our friends being there for us and making this trip such a success! We especially want to thank the Bass family for inviting us to their beautiful vacation home. We are so blessed to have each of them in our lives.
