If you’ve been keeping up, you know that we’ve been eating pretty good in the Moore house! I’ve been finding so many good recipes on Pinterest, I’m a little overwhelmed! But boy is it fun cooking and baking for my man! I love when he comes home and smells something yummy and gets excited for dinner, it makes my day! So I had to whip up another fantastic menu for this week! Lots of pressure leading up to Father’s Day!
Here it goes….
Monday: I’m so excited to attempt this amazing recipe from Cara Carroll over at her foodie blog, which I’m totally obsessed with!
She calls it a “Buca Knock-Off” but I just love a good pasta!
So hopefully I get it just right and it really does taste like a Buca de Beppo knock off! Thanks Cara!
Tuesday: We’re shooting for a simple Crispy Onion Chicken that looks amazing… right?! Maybe with a little asparagus & salad, yum!
Wednesday: One of our favorite fish recipes! It’s a Tomato & Mozzarella Fish bake! From, once again, Cara Carroll, I’m telling ya, she has some super yummy, super simple recipes! But if you like fish and veggies, you’ve got to try this one! The first time I made this, my hubby was a little skeptical, seeing all the ingredients, but after we had it… he was in love!
Thursday: Hubby is making me dinner! Woohoo! I’m not sure what it is but it involves shrimp and bacon! Anything with those two things will definitely be yummy in my book!
Friday: Date Night
Kitchen is closed.
Saturday: Family Fun Night! Maybe a little something easy… not quite sure yet. Domino’s anyone?! lol
Sunday: Father’s Day! We’ll be spending this day celebrating my wonderful husband!
