So a few months back I wrote a little post about Must Have Baby products from 3-6 months so I thought I’d catch up where we are now and do a Must Have for 12 months!
Feeding
Playtex Straw Sippy Cup– There are so many options of sippy cups, not to mention what your child likes and can get used to. After purchasing and testing out a handful this is the brand/style that stuck!
Lunch Box- I love this PB Kids lunch box because it has a lot of different compartments including a net strap for a cup on the side. This is perfect for sending him to the Nanny’s house with his sippy cup lunch for the day and some snacks.
Lunch Containers– Lately Maddox has been loving fresh fruit and things that need to stay cold. So I bought these awesome containers. They are BPA free, dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe. And I love that there are so many different sizes for different snacks.
Toys
Walker- Who doesn’t love pushing things around? Well, these were staples in our house before Maddox could walk. This one is similar to the one on the right and this is the Y-bike.
Stacking Train- This Melissa & Doug stacking train is so great! We were lucky enough to get this as a gift on Maddox’s 1st birthday and he loooooves it!
B. FunKeys– I don’t know what it is about these keys but they are alllmost like the real thing! Maddox loves chewing on them and clanking them on anything! They are great for taking to a restaurant, they definitely keep him occupied.
Wooden puzzles- The Melissa & Doug puzzles are our favorite, they are made of wood and they are so sturdy. The big wooden handle makes it super easy for Maddox to grip and even put pieces in place.
Bubbles- Who doesn’t love bubbles? And these are seriously the best… check them out!
Leapfrog – My Own Leaptop is another favorite. It has so many different songs and learning skills. Maddox loves imitating Daddy on his laptop.
Bucket with shape blocks- This Fisher Price version and this Mickey version are used daily in our house. When Maddox got these all he could do was put the shapes in his mouth (which he loved) but now he has mastered putting the shapes in the space that I don’t have covered and he is so proud, he claps for himself every time!
My First Legos/Blocks– These are great for this age and we’re so thankful we got them from some sweet friends. They are large enough to fit in M’s hands and he can even put a piece or two together. When we build a big tower he loves knocking it down! I know it won’t be long until he’s stacking multiple blocks on his own!
My Puppy Pal Scout – We love taking this cute little pup on road trips. There are so many songs and activities! We loved getting this as a gift because it’s personalized and he says “Maddox” and you can choose the songs he sings! LOVE this cute snuggly pal! We also like the Fisher Price Laugh & Learn Puppy.
I also love Citrus Lane for new toys! It’s like a Birchbox for babies! You can subscirbe to receive a package for your tot monthly with new products and toys suitable for his/her age! It’s also GREAT for gift giving!
