It’s SUMMER!

After a crazy and exciting end to a school year I have been overjoyed to spend two and half months with my babes!  Oh my goodness ya’ll, I seriously can not wait to put work aside and enjoy my days with the kids. When I say kids, I also mean Zach.  We decided to keep the kids in school Tuesday and Thursdays so we could get work done on those days and spend some time together.

Our first day off we took the train to Fort Worth with our friends and had lunch over in Sundance Square.

Maddox was SO excited to see the train but not so much get ON the train.  After a few minutes of clinging to mommy’s neck he warmed up and enjoyed the ride.  With more than a few “choo-choos” on the way.

The next morning we went to church and Mia’s baby room was full and Maddox threw a giant fit so we took them BOTH into service with us and guess what?… they did awesome!!!!!

The next day we spent the afternoon preparing for a friend’s swim party!

The kids had so much fun hanging out and splashing in the water!

We love spending our mornings hanging out at home. 🙂

 And having breakfast in bed.

 Pawpaw brought Maddox the biggest swim pool and we had a blast playing in it!

 We’re enjoying days at the library for storytime.

 After some yummy chick fil a lunch, Maddox got a haircut!

We love seeing Aunt Vana!

We even squeezed in a play date with these lovely ladies!

 Mia is loving her new big girl bath tub!

 I can not get enough time with this girl!  She is growing so fast I can’t take it!  Every day with her is a new adventure and Maddox is so in love with her. Thank goodness for SUMMER!
