Say it isn’t so…
I love watching this girl grow up but I just wish she would stay this age a little longer. She is the happiest little love, she wakes up with a smile, she gives everyone kisses, she repeats EVERYTHING and she can sing and dance like nobody’s business. She makes our day so much happier and I can’t wait to spend the summer with that smiling face!
Her #1 LOVE is her big brother. Y’all, I’ve never seen anything like it.
Side story: When I was pregnant with Mia I was overcome with sadness thinking I was taking away time with my sweet boy because I would have to share my attention with his, soon to be sister. Little did I know giving him a sister, a companion, a partner would make his life so much more full.
I absolutely LOVE AND CHERISH their friendship and I adore watching them grow up together. There is NOTHING like a love for a sibling. Don’t get me wrong, they fight. Mia pushes his buttons at times and I’m sure it will get worse. But the good SO outweighs the bad. They are constantly playing and interacting. Maddox takes care of her, he holds her hand and tells her what to do. He’ll calm her and tell her not to cry because “mommy will get our snack when we get home.” He gives her kisses if she gets hurt or when we drop her off in her class. Y’all THIS IS LOVE!
“Mia, Mia, say cheese!”
Fast forward 15 years! AHHHHH!
Then this happens….
But then this happens!
All the time!
My little Moore’s.
I can truly say, I want to freeze time!
She can also hold her own. She is quite independent and a little fashionista! She is truly mommy’s doll!
Those legs, that belly… I’m in love!
She still wears her big bows but now she has these two tiny pig tails that she sports everyday.
When you’re singing “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” and you’re doing two moves at once. 🙂
She can do anything big brother does.
And she LOOOOOOVES her daddy!
I mean…..
She literally does everything he does.
Mia and mommy like to wear matching outfits.
We love blowing kisses!
Mia is in the MOST precious stage! She loves to learn and talk. She is constantly talking, singing and dancing. She wants to do WHATEVER her brother is doing and she wants to eat whatever her mommy is eating. She is stuck to mommy when mom’s around and loves snuggling daddy and giving bubba goodnight kisses before bed. Mia likes taking brother’s trains away so he chases her to get them back (and she giggles while she does it). She can call most people by name and has a really good memory. Her favorite things to eat are beans, mac n cheese, rice and tortillas! She steals hearts just by her smile and wave. She is one amazing little girl. We love you Mia Moore!
