Weekend Recap

What a wonderful weekend we had! We lived up every single second and it was over in a blink.

The weather has been beautiful so we’ve been enjoying as much outside time as we can!

So THIS movie came in the mail and I squealed with excitement!  The thing is, we’re taking the kids on vacation in a few weeks so I was wanting to save it for the plane ride so they will be EXTRA focused since they’ve only seen it once in theaters. I’m not sure I can wait that long, I might have to sneak in a late night viewing once they go to sleep sometime.  I absolutely LOVE this movie!

 

Saturday morning the kids woke up at 5:50! Yes, you read that correctly! Needless to say this shirt was perfectly fitting for the day!

Saturday night we ended up hosting a little neighborhood get together and the kids had so much fun!  They got to run around and ride bikes, then we ordered pizza for a quick picnic and back to enjoying some park time! We even let them stay out after dark with flashlights, they had a blast! It made for a memorable night!

Sunday morning called for twirling in her “princess dress”.  She has become such a little lady! Everything is all about princesses and babies! I don’t know where she gets it!

Church and home group completed our Sunday morning.

In the afternoon while the kids napped I attended my sister’s Beauty Counter Party! These products are all natural, made with SAFE ingredients for you and your children! I’m trying the cream cleanser and charcoal cleansing bar and I LOVE the way it makes my skin feel. They also had a ton of baby safe products at affordable prices. But the best part was knowing they only make their products with SAFE  ingredients this is what I learned….

Across the pond, the European Union has spent the past two decades restricting or banning approximately 1,400 harmful chemicals and ingredients from personal care products. In Canada, the number of restricted ingredients is a little less than half that, at around 600.

The United States? 30.
