Easter Weekend

What an amazing beautiful weekend it was. Zach and I were so excited to share our second Easter as a party of three and it was such a blessing! We spent the afternoon at Nonny and Poppy’s house for lunch and an Easter egg hunt then we went back home and had a little mini-celebration with Aunt Sissy, Uncle Manny and Uncle Vinny. I just loved being able to share this holiday with my brother and sister! It was the first in a while!!

We missed Grandma and PawPaw but we will be in San Antonio THIS WEEKEND for non other than FIESTA!! We can’t wait to share this fun time with Maddox, we know he’s going to love sharing that fun experience with Grandma and PawPaw! We missed you guys!!!

We started the day by chasing M for a picture! Literally. We were the crazy fans and paparazzi and he was the mini celeb trying to dodge us! This was the best we got. We had to carry him back, let him walk (on his own, of course) then we would squat down next to him just in time. Crazy good times!

By the time the egg hunt came around we were done… with pants that is.

We loved walking around and enjoying the scenery, it turned out to be a pretty day!

After a good, long nap we had a fun evening with Aunt Sissy, Uncle Vinny and Uncle Manny. I’m not sure why I didn’t get ANY photos but here’s what I could gather.

Aunt Sissy brought him an Easter basket with his first cascarones! What a fun tradition we get to start with him! He was mesmerized by the confetti! LOVE!
